Good
Almost in the very center of Vienna. Apartment is comfortable enough. On weekends the parking is free.
Personnel is difficult to reach on weekends. They had no clue where should I park and told me to download an app which was in German (no use for me), while the parking next to the building was for free :) No info on wifi in the room. I didn’t ask and then no one was picking up the phone.
